Focaccia

I was inspired by our favorite homemade focaccia recipe - olive oil, garlic, herbs and simple Mediterranean ingredients that always fill the kitchen with warmth and aroma. So I created a playful pattern collection built from illustrated ingredients and cooking elements first drawn for the recipe itself. It reminds me of slow afternoons in the kitchen, the quiet rhythm of preparing food and the small joy of sharing a simple meal together. I made it to feel warm, lively and comforting - like the atmosphere of a kitchen where something delicious is always being prepared.

I created it with kitchen and dining textiles in mind: tea towels, tablecloths, napkins, mugs and small tableware pieces.
